I really appreciate that I got my new Turbo Link 3.0 today....

I like the case.

however i can not hold a conection

i go to test the comm port and it finds the cable once, then if i try it again it wont find it.

it will not find it until i close the test window

like once it connects it wont stay connected...........any special serial port settings?

Is there anything that acts loose?

The serial port connection is controlled by the setting in the communications settings of the applications settings.

Call us tomorrow and we'll walk through it with you. No special settings and all units were tested. Do me a favor and do a "System Info" and email it to us at

accelerate@acceleratetech.com

so we can look to see if there's something on your system. Please verify that you have v3.0.1 downloaded off the web site too.

Then give us a call at 970.226.3867 and we'll troubleshoot it ...
