Knock Gauge

Can the Knock Gauges and audiable knock detection devices that wire directly to the knock sensor that the vendors sell for turbo regals be used on other vehicles than TR's?

It depends on whether the unnamed vehicle you're talking about has a knock sensor on it. Then it would depend on whether it was the same as the knock sensor on the Turbo Buick's LC2 motor. Then...I'm not sure if the sensitivity of the sensor would be the same for a 6 cylinder or an 8 cylinder or a 4 cyl etc.

Your best bet is to look at the Knock Alert made by MSD. I think there are some other ones out there too. Maybe Edelbrock or Mallory? Go to www.jegs.com or www.summitracing.com and see what they have.
