Knock on top end?

I just replaced the cam,lifters, timing chain, heads and intake manifold and after about 50 miles I have a knocking noise on the top end of the engins on the pass side?
Any ideas?
I haven't had time to pull the valve covers yet but I would that would be first on my list.

Take the valve cover off & VERY CLOSELY inspect the rocker shaft for cracks. I've gone through this kind of thing twice & both times it was a cracked rocker shaft...NOTE: Mine both cracked under the back bolt that holds the shaft on, so might want to check around where the bolts are especially good.
