Late 85 TType, blown turbo at 80k mi. Turbo suggestions?

Ok so my low mileage late 85 TType blew the turbo a few weeks ago. I would like to upgrade and not replace with the small stocker. I have an ar60 from an 87 in good condition and a holset hx35 brand new. Does anyone know if I can mod either of these to fit and provide reliable service? I plan to keep the HA and not mod to an ic setup. I do plan on alky but not just yet. If I cannot use either the ar60 or the hx35, what are ha owners using in lieu of the stocker? I do need to keep the costs reasonable and I look at a stock rebuild as a waste of time and money for a car I would like to drop into reliable 12s in the future. Thanks for any information!

The 87 turbo will work... But you will have to modify and weld the 84 cone adapter to the 87 turbo.

The turbo must have a carbon seal due to the turbo being after the throttle body, the turbo always sees engine vacuum.

Get ahold of nick D. Nickd2689, he has a nice turbo (T33c?) Injectors, chip, pump, all for a hot air. Nice set up and right money I think.
