Not 100% sure car is a GN, but 99% sure the trunk lid was assembled to a GN when built.

Another dumb question. Do all 1986 GNs have AC?

Yes.
That option tag shows this car has the C68 "Electronic Touch Climate Control".

So climate control equals air air-conditioning?

Climate control refers to a system that will adjust the temperature of the passenger compartment.
A heater is a climate control system that is only capable of increasing the temperature.
A heater/AC system is capable of both increasing and decreasing the temperature.
All Grand Nationals came with AC (with manual controls) as a mandatory feature.
Except for 1987, the C68 option was available. C68 was basically an electronic temperature control, in place of the manual system.
