Looks like the power antenna plug.

3 wire is power antenna , goes to the plug near top of pic but is most likely unplugged because the mast line is broken and it wont stop running
the two wire is for the hobbs switch for digital dash cars turbo boost indicator lamp , not used on analog dash cars
