loss of power at the track this time around??

last year with my smaller combo i went 10.7 at 127. this year with a t72 turbo, straight through exhaust, external WG, and a new th350 with 3500ish stall and 28psi vs the 25 i ran last year i went a best of 11.3 at 121 with a bad 1.87 60' opposed to last years 1.59. im at a lost as to why the car is running terrible last year i ran those times in 50 degree weather and this year it was 83 with 0 humidity at the track. now the only thing i cna thing of is i had alot of blue/white smoke coming from exhaust. the tune is at low 1600's in egt with no knock. spark plugs are fine and gapped to .30. everything seems to be in working order the car just doesnt have the go it should with the new mods i was hoping for low 10's with the new stuff but the car went backwards. im gonna do a leak down on the rings this coming week any other ideas? turbotwister ill be looking for you this week to see if you can help me out on this one

furthermore i forgot to add the cars feel basically just as fast on straight pump gas and 16psi as it does on 28psi but i dont seem to smoke at 16psi i have not really looked during the day

if you were to get the same 60' it should get you a 10.7 but i guess that still doesnt help the fact that it should run better maybe the turbo runs better at a different psi

the car could not really 60' any better im not sure whats up and i lost alot of mph i expect 130 or more out of it this time around. like i said maybe its a combo of the weather and bad rings im not sure. ill look more into it tomorrow.

forgot to add that i have now thrown a code 41. after reading up on it, it seems this could be one of the probs im having it seems some other people have lost some performance with this. dont know why it took this long to throw the code though. so anyone think i could be on the right track to my perf. loss??
