Has anyone tried this? Moving the Maf to connect with the throttle body like it describes in gnttype.org?
 
I have. It was relatively easy. I don't see the big problem, just read Bruce's post carefully and do it. :)

Of course you know that you will need the MAF Translator and LT/S1 MAF to do this.

Walter in WI has done it, me, 2 other cars here in Dayton.
I've had several dozen emails about it.

I don't know what else to say.
Just gotta read that closely and do exactly as it says.

There are no down sides to it, that I can find. I'm at over 10K miles on mine and things are just fine.
