I was over in Granite City last Friday night minding my own business ( YEA Right ) . When this guy in a 78 or 79 Malibu wants to play . Sounds good ! We're running down Hwy. 203 going out of town doing the 45mph roll thing then we go thru the turn around down by race track ( dirt oval) . He caught me in street trim with a low bottle of alky. I wasn't about to chance a high boost blowout, 15lbs of boost and the chip set for low timing.
I pulled a fender on him and held it thru second when I went into drive he got it back and a bumper before we both let out of it .
It was a sweet race but it won't happen again. I've been back for more with no luck in finding him.
