Masking Tape....Arrgghh

I have masking tape adhesive all over the front of my GN. on top of fenders and header panel.

what would be the safest way to remove it?

What about some of that bug and tar remover stuff?
It's worked for me in removing tree sap and even spots from bird droppings.
