Hello Fellow Buick GN Owners,
I need some help in finding a place where I could purchase a master cylinder for my '87 GN. I have had no luck. I'm a new member, so I would appreciate all your help and input.
I found the following ID number stamped on the bottom of the master cylinder: 18011369. I dont know if it means anything.
I think the master cylinder is the cause of my brake problems. When I step on the brake pedal, the dash brake light comes on and the brakes seem "spongy". The fluid, shoes, pads all check out OK.
I seem to be confused on the "PowerMaster" terminolgy used.
I have had the car since it was new and have about 86,000 miles.
