MBC difference?

I have the MBC from GBody (the one they used to sell) and I also have a BsTC I bought used (installed and working great!) I am thinking about installing the MBC. Do I need too and what will the benefits be? I know its supposed to "spool the turbo up faster" but will I even notice with a DBB turbo (PT6176 DBB) It already seems to spool up kinda quick from 15-28psi but from 0-15psi its kinda slow. And how to adjust it? I checked the waste gate and noticed with shop air it will start to open around 13-15psi (the wastegate) If I put the MBC in, will the waste gate never see 13-15 psi pressure, and where does the wastegate solenoid get its signal from to start to open up the wastegate? Thanks
