Mease DP not fitting?

Has anyone had a problem with thier mease 2 pice DP not linning up with thier wxhuast system. My DP comes out about 7" off center to the drivers side. The thing is the outlet points straight back though. So I have an offset problem here.

Anybody ever deal with something like this? What did you do.

I guess I should say this is for a 87 engine.

had a problem with mine same thing kicked towards drivers side, i sent it back and got an atr form jegs.

I had to fix 2 of these that were purchased from another vendor, doesnt require alot of fab work, just needs to be cut, moved and rewelded. I think Kieth may have had a bad run on some bending because I had gotten pipes from him before that fit well. Probably looking at 2hrs labor.

My THDP that I bought in the last 3 months fit fine but it was for a 87 just saw the 85 in your sig

Would an exhaust shop know where to do the cutting?

I am about to go there and have him fab a temp fix for me. Ganna get an s pipe to line everything up.

probably but it should be TIG welded for appearance.

Surprise

Not surprised, when I got mine 3 months late I had to take it the local muffler
shop and have them bend the downpipe.
