Is anyone running <=mid 11s on pump and alky. If so what boost are you running and what is your setup.

What does it take to run <= mid11s on pump gas and alky? I am assuming low boost with the max at 20#s.

If I was running slicks, I would be in the mid 11's range with 23-24# boost. See sig for combo.

Hey you got to make it to the track to run mid 11's :D :D

How bout thursday? ??

You got to get the seat time in and pay that price. Not as easy as it appears.

I'd be running high 11's with slicks..maybe thursday i'll bring the slicks...dunno yet

I will be there on Thursday. If the ricers come I will be jetting early. They just clog up the lanes and waste my time.

Razor-> What timing do you have in your chip?
Should I run with the 18-20-22 timing or straight 26 degrees?

11.82@116 in hella-hot weather on BFG 275/60 DR's with a 1.76 60' on a 5psi launch.
Joe Tripodi dual stage alky.
26* JL 110 chip.
22-23psi.
PTE-44 w/ CAS V4 and 009's.
Should be mid 11's on slicks or maybe just better weather :D

viciousV6-> was that on pump93+alky or racegas+alky? Also what mixture are you running?

That run was pump gas & alky. I had ran with old race gas earlier in the day, and it wasn't cutting it, so I pumped it out and turned on the alky. I'm running 100% denatured (5gal can bought from Ace Hardware). I also lube the pump with WD40. First stage comes on at 5psi with an .014 jet and the second stage comes on at 15psi with a .025 jet. I have since upped my first stage to a .021 jet and I'm currently running a little more boost. Have to wait until warm weather hits to determine whether it's the extra alky or the cold air helping me out.

Frank,
I run 26 degrees...but every car is different.Start at 18 degrees and work your way up.I wouldnt worry to much on your 60 foot until you have the trap speed issue conquered.Keep upping the boost and timing one at a time until its maxed out MPH wise.

Then work on your 60 foot....to get that et your looking for.

I ran a Viper that went 2.06 60 foot and ran 12.13 @ 118...so conquer the tuning HP..the rest will fall.

See ya thursday nite.
