Called them on Monday due to a defective LC-1 Connector from Innovative motorsports & was told they will bench test to find out problem

Sent it out via UPS on Monday (2nd Day)
They received it on Wednesday
Friday I had a brand new one @ my doorstep(they sent it next day air @ their expense)

NOW THAT's EXTREME, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
