I have a Vortech'd 1989 Mustang with two M15 nozzles running on a two stage homebrew system. My question has to do with the nozzle orifice size and how it relates to flow. According to Mcmaster the M15 is 0.042, the M10 is 0.036. I enlarged my nozzles to 0.080 (along with some internal nozzle mods) to see how much it would change my afr's. Do any of you guys have an idea how much the flow has been increased or should I do an empirical test and activate the system with the nozzles in a measured container and see how much flows out in a 30 second time span?
Oh yeah, this is my first post after using the 'Search' button for the last five years :D
Thanks, Ron

Hello Razor. I've got an old Shurflo thats probably giving 60-80psi, but I really don't know. I sent the pump I screwed up with Xylene back to you for a refurbishment. It should get to you at Alkycontrol on Wednesday. After that is repaired I'll see how much I can inject :)
I still plan on doing a measure test with the pump I have to see how effective it is.
I'm injecting enough to keep the AFR's 10.1-10.7 with 30lb injectors, an air-bled FMU, and FPR. I would like to keep raising the amount of methanol I can use in place of 91 octane gas, though I may be chasing my tail at this point.
