msd 50's or delphi 50's

Are the delphi 50 pound injectors the same as the MSD's? If not are the delphi's still a good quality injector, and are 50 pound injectors too much for a mostly stock motor? I will be getting performnce parts for the car, but I would like to do the fuel system first.
