I want a cam with a noticeble idle that performs well and will work well with my 2800 stall I also plan on porting my intake but I do not understand what all of you mean when you say to cut down on the egr hump please advise

I use a custom hydraulic grind 218/210/112 or 114. They sell for around $160 plus shipping.

What most people mean by cutting the EGR hump is removing the hump seen in the inlet where the adapter is mounted to the manifold.

We are currently developing a ported and polished hot air intake capable of flowing 235 cfm per port. The inside is completely reworked. We are in the final stages, we hope, the manifold will soon be tested on both the flow bench and the dyno, for proper air distribution. This is not an intake designed to allow the turbo to be moved, or to facilitate the installation of an intercooler, but rather it is designed to use a turbo mounted in the stock location, with or without an intercooler.
