Need Help on pricing used Parts.

I have a friend that got killed in a accident. He had a 86 T-Type he was working on for sometime. His son is trying to sale car and some parts. The parts he told me he has for sale are: 109 bare block--brake powermaster still in plastic(brand new)--crank 10/10-- and the t-type wheels. Ive seen all these items. I couldnt tell you for sure about the crank being a 10/10 or about the block. If there is any type of numbers or something I can get off crank or block to verify please let me know. Also he has a 109 short block. But would need gone through. These items has been in his garage for years. As far as the car. He's trying to find out info. But his dad once told me that the trans was built to handle 600-800 hp's and the motor was rebuilt and had Champion Heads on it with a bigger radiator. I think the motor and trans probably has less than 200-500 miles on them. Thanks for any info. John

Where are the items located? maybe someone local could help sort it out. Also location will affect value on stuff that can't be shipped easily. A long time board member would also be able to ease the tension from buying high dollar stuff from a new member. Lots of people been scammed lately.

Just bought car. So my question is. How much is a Brand New PowerMaster Unit worth. Still in plastic. Tks John

Is it really new and not rebuild? Does it have labels/stickers on it?

If it's brand new GM and not remanufactured its worth a bunch of money. probably around a grand to the right guy. If it's a remanufactured from cardone or elsewhere it's worth slightly less than they go for at autozone or kirban performance, etc.

I'm not sure. I knew that he had this thing in his garage for yrs. So it came with the car. The package reads Hydraulic Booster 52-9702 on the box. It has instructions and I think a little gadget to bleed brakes inside package. I dont know how to post pictures here. But if someone gives me their number, I could text pic's to be posted. I also have two other used powermaster units i'm gonna post for sale. I think motor's bad on both. But if you tap them, they will work. But one has a fairly new accum ball on it. One came off my 86 GN. And the other I bought from a member here. I since went to vacuum brakes. Tks John
