Need list of well know builders

I was wanting to know who all out there does some really good transmission work and particularly 200-4Rs. I just wanted to know who I have to choose from. Who would you personally have to build up your 200-4R? Who would you say is the best? What am I looking at for a good build? (money wise) Thanks
