Need scans of the two door stickers

Mine are soo faded that I can't read any of my print any more. I need to know what was on there. Who's got some good scans of their originals?

Ok so, this appears to be all boiler plate info, save for the vin and year. So why aren't the printers of this offering customization for each decal ordered? What are we supposed to do with blank stickers? Hand write the info in?
