I used a cordless 1/2" impact gun to removed the Balancer Bolt, but to tighten the Balancer Bolt to Crank I rented Advance Auto 1/2" torque tool and tighten to 220 ft-lbs. It wasn't easy since I was working in my garage, the car was on ramps, and rear was lifted to level. I did clamped the flywheel with a vise crimp to prevent from turning the engine.i would just use a good impact gun and call it a day.
