Need vacuum hoses and new leather front seat covers

Does anyone know if GM or any other aftermarket vendor sells the correct replacement vacuum hoses either individually or as a kit? I need to replace all the vacuum hoses around the throttle body, EGR, etc.

Also I need to know if there is a vendor that sells new leather seat covers. Both the front seats need new seat covers.
