I know this has been brought up, i did many searches and yet to find out what i really need.

This spring or as soon as we get constant good weather i am going to be doing a couple of things to the car. now i want to touch the suspension, now from seeing and hearing good things i probably will be going with the bilstein shocks and Kirban springs. now i want to put an air bag but i dont know if i need it. can you guys maybe stear me in the right direction thanks.

If you plan on racing the car it helps to give a better launch. If you're just using it as a street cruiser/bruiser I probably wouldn't. It doesn;t really have any impact on the ride quality, just better traction.

If you want to save yourself some work on those springs (front ones are a pain), just try the Bilsteins first. I bought my last set on the board for $80 shipped, so there are some deals out there. I also thought the Bilsteins would hurt my launch, but using them in conjuntion with a passenger side air bag and ATR bar did not decrease the cars sixty foot as compared to worn out stock shocks and stock rear swar bar. There are more expensive setups out there for suspension, but that's my experience and depends on what you want to spend and run on your car.
