Got my new best times for my GN at Cecil this past Saturday. Went from a previous best of 12.76 to a 12.69 to 12.64 in short order. Then had a 12.48 at 105 with a 1.65 60'.

Made my last pass around 3:45 and got a 12.39@106 with a 1.62 60'. Not bad for a car Ive only owned since June and I have less than $1K into it (not counting purchase price).

Car is equipped as follows:

Stock original motor (vavlesprings, timing chain, and even rear main seal  ) injectors too
Unported heads/intake with stock cam
Ported IC and plenum with PP (have ported comp housing)
unported elbow with stock DP and testpipe and Hooker 2.5" duals
Hueffman Big Mouth Aluminum intake
Razors Progressize alcohol control
TT 93 oct. NON ALKY chip on default settings, running 24psi of boost

Usual basic upgrades to support car and some basic tuning

Ive got 009s and a new TT alchy chip is on the way. Also have THDP and other assorted parts for it. Hoping for a high 11 on a tire before the stock turbo gives out.

What do ya'll think??

I've only been to the track twice, the best I've ever done is 13.4@105 (laughable, especially with the parts list I have and 24 lbs of boost). Alot has to do with a lack of traction (my 60's are 2.1's on Pep Boys 265 radials), but something else is clearly wrong. Your post tells me that 105 mph should be a mid 12, not a mid 13 like I had.
The last time I went I was having alot of problems with sputtering on boost, I think I was flooding the car with fuel/alky. I just changed my plugs the other day (AC Delco CR43TS's) and gapped them at .030. The ones I took out were in the car for 3 years and almost had a .040 gap, that certainly wasn't helping anything.
I just ordered an alky specific TT upgrade chip that should be on the doorstep today or tomorrow. Previously I just used a standard TT chip. I'm hoping that between the plugs and chip the situation improves alot, lol.
My ultimate goal for the car is 11.7X's. I've got a long way to go.

What tires are you running?

I was running 28x8.5" M/T ET Drags with 16psi in them. I wasnt locking the convertor either, and still running the base 20° timing in the TT chip. Plugs look good and car has new set of MSD wires and known good coil/module assembly. I was launching somewhere between 12-15psi of boost.

Stock rear suspension with new cargo coils and KYB shocks.
