looking for any info on fireing up my fresh rebuilt engine. I have a 30 over balanced engine with forged pistos ported heads and a comp 212-212 roller cam. The fuel is through a 70mm throttle body and 50 lb. injectors.can supply more info if needed, justdon' want to flush the engine before I get to drive it.Is there any suggestions out there?

Prime the engine

Hey Bro, You could prime the engine first to make sure the lifters are all pumped up and oil is in all passages. there are alot of oil cavities inside the block. Also the factory oil coolers as well.

Is it a full roller motor? Stock shaft mount rockers?

Yes you need to prime it, dont forget to re-setup the cam sensor.

Smallblock chevy priming tool fits perfect, attach drill and prime till oils coming out of both rocker banks and then some. Pack oil pump with vaseline or pour oil into pump prior to priming. As the oil starts moving you will feel resistance on the drill.
