Just got my timing chain and water pump replaced. Old oil pressure was 10 psi at hot idle, 40 on the highway. New pressure is 20 at hot idle, 55 on the highway. My 87 T has 157,000 miles on it, never had the timing chain replaced before. Should have done this long ago. I guess my mechanic must have cleaned things up pretty good.
