New Stereo- Guess What Song I Played 1st!

I finally installed a radio in my car, after going without tunes since I bought it. I didn't mind it too much, as a turbo Buick is a wonderful sounding motor with a nice cat-back exhaust.

I am not an audiophile, so I only installed a basic JVC KD-G140 head unit, Sony 6x9's in the rear with adaptors, and Rockford-Fosgate Punch 3 1/2's (with bass eliminators) in the dash.

Guess what the first CD song I played was?

Hehe....'80's all the way.

Does replacing the stock dash speakers help get rid of the overpowering mid level? Even with 6x9s in the back I hardly get any low end and get ear piercing mids and highs if I try to turn it up. Door speakers were replaced with Pioneers too. Been thinking I either need to get a small woofer in the trunk or change the dash speakers.

I think a nice spooler/launch song would be G&R's "Welcome to the Jungle". That scream coming in while boosting would be perfect.
