New Turbo Install

I just received my PE61 (John - Limit Engineering) and I will be installing it tonight. I removed the old stock unit last night and the new one looks much bigger and has zero play in the shaft. Stock turbo has almost 1/2" shaft play!!!

Questions:

1) Do I need to install the metal exhaust gasket that came with the new turbo? It is a 3-bolt hole gasket that fits between the turbo exhaust inlet and the passenger side header. My stock turbo didn't have this gasket installed.

2) Do I need to install a metal exhaust gasket between the exhaust side of the turbo and the 3" downpipe? It is a 5-bolt hole gasket that fits between the exhaust outlet and the passenger side header. My stock turbo had this gasket but I could hear it leaking pretty good. My other GN dosn't have this gasket.

That is a big YES to the triangle shaped gasket. Double check the nutz a few days later. Watch knock when changing around stuff. Keep boost on the safe side.
