No Fan

We put a gen 6 on last year i think the fan was working ok then (manual hi/low). This year the only time it works is when the ignition is off one speed. Can i jumper around this with another switch while the ignition is on? A friend that is very knowlegable with turbo cars said the second relay green wire to ground would activate fan with ignition on (he thought) but post to make sure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

We also replaced both hi/low relays and the temp. sensor on the intake with known good ones. Still doesnt work right.
