I had a 0 pump Vig in the car that had great lockup. I pulled the converter out and had them restall it to a 6 pump. Ever since I swapped the new converter, I don't have lockup.
I didn't mess with the pan, and I all I did different with the new converter is pulled the check ball out of the front of the input shaft. I do have a newer 700 R4 lock up solenoid in the case. When I jump the ALDL connector with the key in the on position, I can get the solenoid to click, but when jumping those connectors while driving, it never locks. I can also see through the powerlogger that the ECM is commanding lockup. Brake switch is adjusted correctly, and I do have power at one of the terminals at the case (I believe the bottom left terminal).
Anything else I can check? I can pull the pan if need be.
