I have a stock 84/5 turbo sitting in the garage you can have. it has ~60K miles on it and was perfect when it came off the car. It's dusty and has been sitting in the garage for a few years. Pay shipping and its yours.... (last turbo I shipped was like $15-20)

Take him up on that offer....DONT put that thing back on whatever you do !!!!
Maybe even consider an upgrade at this point. I did...to a TA33C from John Craig.
Looks like your having terrible luck with the car...stolen, recovered, broken into....YIKES!
Maybe some of that turbo damage was done by the clowns who stole it ??? Catch my drift ???? Might place a call to my insurance company if I was you.

I've had it out a few times at the track and have been fighting problems (bad converter/trans) it ran a bit faster as with the TM setup on it but I did go to a larger turbo and IC too.
On pump gas With TM Kit the car went low 12's @ 113 at 17psi with the new setup it went low 12's @ 115 at 13psi.
