no power past 12psi

Im having problems with my motor not making anymore power past 5K. I also have a problem with the car holding boost. I shimed the wastegate to make more boost, but the car gets slower as I apply more pressure. My air/fuel is right on. My injector duty cycle is at 60-70% So I dont think Im running out of injector, maybe fuel pump, or ignition related??? Not sure, you would think the car would lean out if the spark was blowing out or if it was not getting the fuel. What do you think??

if you are blowing out the spark it doesn't necessarily have to run lean.....

sounds like an opti-crap problem to me *shrug*
