My car turned off at a stop light. No power when key is turned on but the headlamp, dome light and lighter work ?

Where to start?

Starter solenoid?

Does it just not crank or are other circuits dead?

High speed blower fan work?

Coolant fans work (manual switch needed to activate with a cold car)?

Power windows work?, Wipers?, Fuel Pump Prime?

No power to fans key is dead and I have manual windows and no locks. Radio is off like car is turned off

Car is on the lift and I will try to tackle this project tomorrow morning.

A volt meter is your friend. Start at the battery and work your way to the starter and beyond.

Thanks for everyone’s help! I would hate to do this without a lift. It was one of the fusible links on the starter solenoid . I was scared for a second, I bent the inspection cover a little bit in the process and it rubbed on the flywheel when I first put it together.

The other way around with a schematic and you cover more ground when trouble shooting. Start at furthest point and then half way

If the battery isn't showing power starting elsewhere won't tell you anything.
