noisy convertor

i just installed a trans i had built a few months back, non-lockup,(was waiting for my turbo before changing it) i installed an art carr 9"nonlockup convertor with it, here is the problem when idling in park or nuetral all is well, but when put in gear you hear a type of whining noise and it gets louder as you brake torque it or apply the gas, i believe it to be the convertor,any other ideas? i am swapping the convertor for another i had put away a while back tomorrow to see if it goes away,the trans works great and so does the convertor just make this noise in gear

that would be my guess........Converter ,

thanks with that noise you would believe that it is going bad correct? i am changing it to the 11inch one i have which is not good enough for my turbo but it is all i have right now
what convertor do you recmommend or sell for my application
