Am currently troubleshooting a no start on my 87 GN by following the info on Vortex Buicks. When I jumper the ALDL terminal B to A the SES light flashes code 12, but the electric fan for the radiator comes on also. Is this supposed to happen? Or is there an electrical short somewhere. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
