Nozzle question and request for pics (RazoR)

Yes your up-pipe gets drilled. Nozzle is usually placed on the side of the pipe, turbo side, someplace where it straightens out before the throttlebody.
As far as the in-car controller, the brainbox can go wherever you want, hidden or not, your preference. I personally have mine somewhat hidden in front of where the heater duct blows on the floor.
The small controller (with the gain dial & test button) most people wedge them between the padded part the dash that houses the speedo & the padded part that houses the radio/heater. I have mine velcro'ed as low as possible on the padded part that houses the radio/heater. It's pretty well hidden there, but yet I can see it perfect from the drivers seat.

Yes you have to drill the up-pipe, be sure to clean out any metal shavings you get
I have my box stuck to the side of the console towards the very front of it, used double sided tape. Once it's tuned right you don't really need to have it in sight.
