So my 85 T Type radiator doesn't have provisions for a oil cooler. the 86-87 motor I am installing I think has the fittings to do it. where would the inlet and the outlet on the motor be? is it just an Flared fitting or something else? I m probably going to just use and external oil cooler, but from what I got with my motor (none of the external fittings or anything) i don't see any of them. Thanks for helping me clear this up

Half the people use an external anyways because if trash ever goes thru the rad cooler you cant clean it. I just use a good quality tranny cooler & no oil cooler.

The factory 87 has a sandwich plate between front cover & oil filter that runs the 2 hoses.
