Oil return line for hot air car

The guy had a rubber grommet and an o ring goin into block, it was ripped all to crap and leaking anybody have any ideas or maybe where I can find a stock replacement

Blackonblack89 go to auto zone,on the pcv valve section they have some rubbers that are a good match.

i might be wrong, but i recall that a pcv grommet for a late 70's Mopar V8 is pretty close.
