What did the original 1986 GN floor mats look like?....
just the "6"

I'm pretty sure the only thing on either of the original mats was the GM logo on the passenger side. These mats with the turbo 6 symbol, intercooled, etc, are ones aftermarket companies make. I just went and looked at a set of new GM mats I still have from my '86 Monte SS and they look identical to the ones in this auction, but mine are gray.

Just looked at the pics of your car, looks nice. How many miles on it? On the floor mats, Kirbans sells a set that look pretty close to original but without the GM logo it looks like. Their p/n is 6883. I have theirs that has the turbo 6 symbol and they have turned a little brownish after 7 or 8 years.

117k....thanks.... I like the logo ones, I knew mine where after market but I thought the originals had something on them.......I gonna get a carpet kit and mats soon and thought I would go back original...but I think I'm gonna get the ones that say GRAND NATIONAL
