New never installed drivers side air dam. I bought a set and have the K&N cold air on that side so didn't need it.
Used slightly chipped driverside fiberglass bumper filler
Used headlight bezel with paint tinted marker lense
used passenger side headlight bezel
Original air box off my car
cruise control system working condition
rough passenger side air dam has crack
Working aftermarket cooling fan. I went with alradco complete set up. It did a really good job keeping my car cool on most days in Houston without AC on. When I put in new ac system I upgraded radiator and fans. Not sure if it would have kept up or not but Houston has 100 degree weather all summer long and with AC on who knows.
Upper plenum with aluminum welded in to simulate what RJC did later. This is from early 90's
