Wondering if anyone knows of any roof top access areas in the Philadelphia. I'm working on an Northeastern City Time Lapse montage, right now it's called "Northern Cities" which will contain footage of New York city and Philadelphia. There's no GNs in this montage yet, cause I'm looking for a nice grungy area in philly to Silhouette it as traffic goes by. But this is what I have so far, the finished product will be 7:43 minutes.
