police beat unconscious suspect

Ahh I get it, if the cops use RETARDED discretion and its the suspect fault makes sense rofl? who the hell would skip out 1 full lane and try to attempt a spike strip in the middle of congested flowing traffic, to a suspect vehicle 2 lanes further then where the cop was, he was completely on the other side of traffic? This is completely stupid and an embarrassment to law enforcement. I sent it to my C.H.I.P. uncle and he just laughed made some jokes I care not to repeat about the law in AL. And this happened a while ago too I wonder what happened to the cops.

Moved this to the Lounge. Seen this today, think I heard the 5 officers were fired. Crazy stuff, I just don't see the point of beating someone who is already unconscious. I guess from the officers point of view the guy almost took out one of theirs so they figured it's time for a good beating!
