Hey it's back.... But still no notifications.

I tried changing my notifications to "none" or whatever, waiting a while, then switched it back to instant email... didn't work.

I also notice that nobody's avatars are showing up now. My computer (new HP with windows 7) just did an update... not sure if that has anything to do with it. OK now they are back, weird stuff.
