Poor intake gaskets

What years does this occur in?

Somewhere in 04'-05 they switched to the aluminum gaskets so anything before that usually has the plastic gaskets.

i did an '05 GTP recently and it had plastics....go figure

it was a different plastic than the older ones too

I'm at 145,000 on my 98 with no problems showing.
