Don't know who ported them.
Very nice port job. Ported to a 1200 intake gasket. Still has egr ports. Has 1.8" intake valves. Stainless steel valves. Comp springs set up for flat tappet cam. Comes with stock shaft rockers. Checked for flatness and pressure checked.
