He bought these 272cfm fully ported heads and then spent another $850 on some rockers from TA Performance.
Alan and Lee Thompson built a 4.1 Stage motor with these heads. It was put in the the black T6-IROC 88ZNX has. It was plagued with ignition and fuel pump issues on it's maiden track outing in Bowling Green. Then a few months later, at Reynolds, GA, due to various issues with ignition and fuel pump..... the bottom end grenaded on a 12 sec pass. It is my understanding the heads were not hurt. They have sat on the shelf since that track outing. They will not fit a 3.8 bore motor.
He wants $2500 shipped for the complete heads with rockers. They might have a few hundred street miles on the heads and about 10-15 passes on them. They have sat indoors on a shelf since Nov 2007 I believe.
88ZNX also has a brand new AMS 500 boost controler and I believe he has a dual port actuator he bought with it. This has never been installed... only looked at in the box.... LOL
He wants $300 shipped for this.
