My power antenna continuously works trying to raise the antenna when I turn on my car not when I turn on the radio.
I beleive it may be my power antenna relay.
Where can I locate this relay, how do I know it is my relay and if it is where can I purchase one and does any other relay from later cars work in place.

It's behind the glove box. Not sure about answers to your other questions.

Sounds like a broken antenna cable...

The relay is behind the glove box. You'll need to unplug it to get the motor to stop. The cable that raises/lowers the antenna has probably given up the ghost. It is a servicable item. You can get the cable at a GM dealer, locally or on line. Directions to removing the antenna assembly are here: http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/bodygauges/antenna.html Overall, it is not quite as bad to fix as it looks at first.
