Power antenna

My power antenna mast is bent so I’m trying to install a new Delco unit, but the new one is missing the mounting bracket that is spot welded to the old mast. Any ideas?

the tube has room to drill and use short screws , thats how the antenna wire connects

That’s the route I’ll probably take. I’m debating making a new piece or trying to remove old one without destroying it.

I decided to try and salvage the old one. The mast was only slightly bent and the ribbon cable was still good too, so I am going to repair it. So I made a new bracket and plug weld it like original. I was able to remove the mast from the assembly without totally taking it apart.
