on my old pm the motor was all burnt up inside. what causes that? Bad press switch or accum ball? i now use a vaccumm set up and im trying to sell the old unit minus motor so i was just curious. thanks in advance. Jeff

Simple, it has been run too long from improper maintanence. Everyone complains of the accumulators going bad without notice. It is unfortunately true. If a maintanence schedule is followed, you will know in advance that the acc is getting weak. When that happens, the motor can run too long. It has no way to cool itself and if run too long will begin to overheat. You then have your meltdown situation.

PowerMasters are actually quite simple.
You just have to understand them...and take care of them.
